Request deletion of your data
This page explains how to request that your data collected by the FRITAY TV app (Android TV / Google TV / Fire TV), MixMaster Pro (web, iPhone and Android) and our support desk (support chat, support email, and messages to @novadigitaltech on Instagram or to the Nova Digital Tech Facebook Page), all published by NOVA DIGITAL TECH, is deleted.
How to request deletion
- Email support@mixmasterpro.app with the subject line "Data deletion request".
- Include either: the email address of your account (if you created one on mixmasterpro.app), and/or your TV pairing code or device if your request concerns a TV free trial, or your iPhone or Android phone model and the date your trial started if it concerns the FRITAY TV trial in the iPhone or Android app. For the support chat or support email, give the name, email address or phone number you used and roughly when you contacted us. For Instagram or Facebook messages, give your Instagram username or the name on your Facebook account and roughly when you wrote to us, or simply write “delete my data” to us in the same Instagram or Messenger chat.
- We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.
What is deleted
- Device identifiers used to track the free trial for your TV device or in the iPhone or Android app.
- Account data (email address, saved favorites and history) if you created an account.
- Device pairing records linking your TV to an account.
- Support chat conversations, support emails and Instagram or Facebook messages (your messages, our replies, any contact details you shared and, for Instagram or Facebook, the account identifier and username or name Meta shared with us), including the copies in our team’s mailbox and Telegram and the conversation in our Instagram or Facebook Page inbox. Meta keeps its own copy of Instagram and Facebook messages under its own policies, and your copy stays in your own inbox.
What is kept
- Anonymous, aggregated playback statistics (for example, total plays of a channel) that are not linked to you or your device and cannot identify you.
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example, billing records related to subscriptions, retained by our payment processor).
